Acquisition of land and development of several photovoltaic power plants in the Slovak Republic by a major German developer and a major Indian developer of solar energy systems; provided legal services were very complex and included due diligence, land acquisition documents, construction permits, tenders for construction firms and suppliers, construction contracts with external construction firms and suppliers, marketing contracts, sale contracts, bank financing documentation, negotiations with governmental entities and other third parties, regulatory advise, labor contracts, etc.
