Processing personal data is an integral part of operating our websites. It is important to us that customers' personal data is processed in a manner that complies with the principles and requirements of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. For this reason, as well as for the sake of transparency in handling personal data, the operator of the website has prepared this privacy information.
In cases where personal data is collected from customers as data subjects, the operator provides the following information upon obtaining personal data:

- b) The purpose of processing personal data is to carry out the operation of the website as well as business communication with potential customers, inquiries, reservations, or orders for services based on customer requests, as well as marketing activities of the operator based on legitimate interests. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(2)(b) and (f) of the GDPR, and it is necessary to obtain and process personal data to fulfill its obligations in the minimum necessary and possible scope.
- c) When operating websites, we ensure the confidentiality of our customers' personal data and do not provide their personal data to any other entities. An exception may be a shipping company in the case of an order, which will ensure the delivery of goods or services, a provider of payment services in the case of payment processing, or another entity with a legal authorization to access the data.
- d) Customer's personal data related to communication through this website, as well as data related to the delivery of goods and services, are kept for the necessary period to fulfill archival obligations arising from specific regulations (e.g., relevant legal regulations governing accounting obligations, etc.).
- e) The customer, as a data subject, has the right to information and access to their personal data, the right to rectification, the right to data portability, the right to erasure, the right to object or restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
- f) Our goal is to collect and process customers' personal data to the minimum extent necessary. However, it is not possible to ensure business communication or the delivery of goods and services without processing personal data. Providing the minimum scope of data is necessary both for business communication and order fulfillment.
- g) It is our legitimate interest to know how our visitors use our websites in order to improve the possibilities and convenience of their visits and use, as well as the possibility of conducting marketing communication. To achieve this goal, we use third-party tools to the minimum extent possible, which enable us to do so. This primarily includes Google Analytics, where IP addresses and cookies assist us. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
- h) If the customer has consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, we carry it out by sending email messages (such as newsletters or offers of similar goods and services) to the provided email address. The customer can revoke their consent at any time by sending a Withdrawal of Consent for the Processing of Personal Data, upon which we immediately block or delete the provided personal data, and we will no longer use them for marketing purposes.
